Lead Data & AI Engineer (Python / RAG / LLMs)
Role Summary
Build high-performance RAG vector systems, fine-tune LLM agents, and engineer automated data extraction pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Architect custom RAG LLM solutions for enterprise clients
- ✓ Deploy secure vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, PGVector)
- ✓ Build RESTful API integrations connecting AI models with client ERPs
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ 5+ years experience in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LangChain/LlamaIndex
- ✓ Proven track record building production AI RAG pipelines
- ✓ Strong understanding of UK GDPR and data security standards
